An equipment list
Exact models, accessories, software and quantities, with any alternatives clearly separated.
A site-readiness plan
Routes, workstations, access, charging and required changes, with a responsible party for each.
An acceptance test
A baseline, representative tasks and an agreed pass/fail decision. A demonstration alone is not acceptance.
An operating agreement
Who uses, replenishes and maintains the equipment, how exceptions are handled and what service is included.
