1X presents walking to a person and putting away dishes as autonomous examples. Its launch material also describes fetching items, opening a door and turning off lights. These are selected demonstrations, not a guarantee that every household chore runs independently.
Early-access autonomy is limited. For unfamiliar work, 1X describes scheduled Expert assistance rather than an always-independent household worker.
The owner schedules the Expert session and actively admits the operator by voice or app. NEO's ear indicators change colour while an Expert is active. 1X says these operators are its US-based employees.
The app handles requests, schedules and monitoring. NEO can connect itself to its charger.
Use a defined route, selected objects and a supervising operator. The Saudi demonstration scope excludes remote Expert access.
