What it does for your operation

Manufacturer deployment demonstration · shown in a Japanese store
In your operation

Reduce repetitive work in the cold backroom

TX Ghost handles beverage replenishment behind chilled sales shelves. Its role is to reduce the repeated restocking work that takes store staff into the refrigerated backroom.

Task performance

Match the system to the beverage assortment

Confirm the supported package types and replenishment positions against the store's actual beverage range. Changes to the assortment need to stay within the installed handling setup.

Site fit

Plan refrigeration and handling together

The robot, shelving and backroom layout form one installation. Map storage positions, access for incoming stock and the sales-shelf handoff before choosing the layout.

Configuration

Start from the demonstrated store workflow

Telexistence announced pilots at selected 7-Eleven stores in Tokyo in September 2025. These installations focus on backroom beverage replenishment.

Daily operation

Assign the remaining store tasks

Define who supplies stock to the system, handles an unsupported package and clears an interrupted transfer. These responsibilities determine how restocking fits into the store team's shift.

Before you decide.

How does TX Ghost differ from TX SCARA?

TX SCARA is the earlier system documented in the 2022 FamilyMart rollout. Telexistence identifies TX Ghost as the next generation and announced selected 7-Eleven Tokyo pilots in September 2025.

What defines a TX Ghost project?

The project joins refrigerated shelves, stock feed, beverage handling, staff access and exception recovery. Acceptance is based on completing the store's replenishment task across its selected assortment.
