Solar-panel cleaning · Saudi Arabia & MENA

Solar panel cleaning robots matched to your array.

Match solar-panel cleaning equipment to the array layout, module requirements and cleaning routine. Dry and wet methods have different operating needs; neither is the default for every installation.

The application

What needs to get done?

Start with the workflow. These are different applications, not a ranking of interchangeable robots.

Selection logic

Four checks before the shortlist.

  1. Array layout

Share fixed or tracker structure, row lengths, gaps, inclines and edge details.

  2. Module compatibility

Check permissible contact, brush material, loads and warranty conditions.

  3. Soiling and method

Identify dust, adhered dirt and the cleaning method suitable for the modules.

  4. Operation at scale

Plan transfer between rows, charging, supervision and recovery across the site.

Your site. One project.

Build a cleaning plan around your PV site.

Send the array layout, module details, site conditions and current cleaning routine.

Compare the approaches

Waterless or wet solar-panel cleaning?

ApproachThe jobWhat to establish
Dry cleaning ↗A method that avoids process water where suitable.Module guidance, dust type, brush contact and cleaning frequency.
Wet cleaning ↗A method using an agreed water and cleaning process.Water quality, supply, drainage and module requirements.
Equipment movement ↗Transfer along rows and between cleaning areas.Slope, row gaps, roof access, trackers and safe recovery.

Record row dimensions, inclination, gaps and tracker movement. Compare the cost of water, transfer, labour, cleaning frequency and maintenance. Measure soiling and generation under comparable conditions; a universal percentage yield gain is not a valid site forecast.

How do we compare robotic and manual solar cleaning costs?

Use the same array, cleaning standard and frequency. Include equipment, movement between rows, staff, water where used, maintenance and downtime. Confirm compatibility with the modules and mounting system before estimating the benefit.

How we plan a robotics project ↗

Four ways to deploy

Choose the model. Then the terms.

All four options can be requested. Configuration, availability, minimum term and service scope are confirmed in your quote.

01

PurchaseEquipment ownership

Own the equipment. The quote defines configuration, deployment and the service package.

02

Short-term rentPriced per day

Use a robot for an agreed period. Confirm dates, availability, minimum term and setup costs before booking.

03

Long-term rentPriced per month

Plan for ongoing operation. Equipment, contract term, maintenance and responsibilities belong in the proposal.

04

RaaSManaged monthly model

Combine the robot with deployment and an agreed operating and service scope. Define monitoring, maintenance and performance measures for your site.

Before you choose

Questions worth asking.

Can one robot clean any solar installation?

No. Array structure, module dimensions, gaps and slopes affect suitability. Verify the exact model and mounting or movement method.

Is waterless cleaning always the right choice?

It depends on soiling and module requirements. Assess the result on representative panels and confirm the approved cleaning method.

Can you promise a fixed generation increase?

Not from the robot alone. The result depends on soiling, weather, baseline cleaning and the PV system. Any performance target needs site measurements.
