What it does for your operation

X30 quadruped with a mounted sensor payload in an industrial pipe-and-tank environment.
In your operation

Reach inspection points across uneven infrastructure

X30 provides legged access for inspection and mapping equipment. It is relevant where steps, uneven ground or route geometry limit wheeled platforms.

Safety & sensing

Operate across industrial weather and temperatures

X30 is rated IP67 with a −20°C to 55°C operating range. The selected sensors and connectors need to suit the same exposure.

Task performance

Keep perception working through changing light

Fused perception is designed to support navigation in darkness, strong light and flickering conditions. This matters on routes crossing dim plant areas and bright outdoor sections.

Daily operation

Use replaceable batteries for longer assignments

The quoted endurance range is 2.5–4 hours, with quick battery replacement. Actual route duration depends on terrain, payload and operating conditions.

Configuration

Size the payload on the selected X30 version

DEEP Robotics' brochure lists at least 20 kg payload for both X30 and X30 Pro. Standard X30 weighs 56 kg and Pro 59 kg with battery. Payload placement, route and connected equipment still determine the working configuration.

Will it work at your site?

Mixed indoor / outdoor

Access & operating limits

Route
Check footing, steps, slopes and the selected model's loaded width.
Inspection
Define required sensors, inspection points and reporting software.
Power/data
Check payload voltage and interfaces against standard or Pro hardware.
Environment
Match robot and sensor exposure to the −20°C to 55°C range; verify any hazardous-area requirement.
Recovery
Provide battery-exchange and safe retrieval procedures for difficult terrain.

Choose X30 or X30 Pro around the inspection payload and required power/data interfaces. Specify the sensors and mission software as part of the package.

Before you decide.

What payload is listed for X30 and X30 Pro?

The manufacturer's brochure lists at least 20 kg for each. This is a payload-capacity statement, not a promise of that load at every slope, speed or endurance maximum. Pro adds data and power interfaces.

Does IP67 mean hazardous-area approval?

No. Dust and water protection do not establish explosive-atmosphere certification; any hazardous-area requirement needs separate confirmation.
