What it does for your operation

In your operation

Move material between production positions

G2 Max is designed for repetitive material handling and palletising. Start with the load, grip and pick-and-place positions to define a handling cycle.

Task performance

Manage contact during placement

Force-controlled arms support controlled contact while positioning a load. The gripping method and load centre of gravity need to match the selected arm configuration.

Site fit

Work at different heights

Adjustable working height and an omnidirectional base help the arms access different production positions. Layout planning must include the swept volume of the arms and load.

Daily operation

Choose battery replacement or automatic charging

G2 Max supports battery replacement and autonomous charging. Charger placement and the spare-battery arrangement depend on the production schedule.

Configuration

Plan the complete palletising sequence

Include pallet dimensions, stacking pattern, load stability and equipment signals in the application specification. These determine the work area and handling sequence.

Before you decide.

What does a G2 Max feasibility project cover?

One object and handling cycle: grasping, moving, placing and exchanging signals with nearby equipment. The assessment establishes the work area and operating sequence before a production installation.

How does it reach different work positions?

The omnidirectional base provides mobile positioning, and the body adjusts the working height.

What power arrangements are supported?

AGIBOT describes battery replacement and autonomous charging. The project selects the arrangement around the handling cycle and charging location.
