What it does for your operation

In your operation

Automate the small trips that interrupt production

T150 carries up to 150 kg between mapped stations, supporting parts delivery, replenishment and retrieval. It fits recurring material loops where a larger AMR would add capacity the task does not need.

Rated payload
150 kg
Configuration

Choose a carry platform or a lifting hand-off

Standard and Lifting variants serve different load interfaces. The Lifting version provides 60 mm of lift; shelves, carriers and payload stability are specified before deployment.

An operator guides setup in a warehouse environment.
Site fit

Map and dispatch routes locally

Onboard mapping and the robot's controls support point-to-point work without a local server. Pagers, PUDU Link or API dispatch can be added to the operating workflow.

Combined visual and LiDAR navigation through a shared industrial workspace.
Safety & sensing

Navigate compact production routes

Dual RGB-D cameras and LiDAR detect obstacles along the route. The 600 mm minimum passage helps with compact layouts; the fitted carrier and load determine the full turning envelope.

Daily operation

Keep tasks and charging accessible to operators

The touchscreen, pagers, PUDU Link and API provide documented dispatch options. Automatic charging, battery swaps and wired charging support different shift plans; the 12 h published runtime is unloaded.

Will it work at your site?

Indoor

Access & operating limits

Carrier
Match platform or lifting fixture to the bins, parts and load restraint.
Access
Allow at least 600 mm passage plus the loaded turning envelope.
Floor
Check thresholds up to 20 mm and gaps up to 35 mm.
Environment
Indoor operation within 0–40°C; plan crossings with pedestrians and other equipment.
Power
Choose automatic charging, wired charging or battery rotation for the shift.

Choose Standard for a fixed carrying platform or Lifting for a 60 mm pickup stroke. Select the carrier, dispatch devices and any elevator or door interfaces.

Before you decide.

What is the difference between Standard and Lifting?

Both carry 150 kg. The Lifting version adds a 60 mm lift stroke for compatible carrier pickup; the Standard version uses its fixed load platform.

How are transport jobs started?

Operators can use the touchscreen, pagers or PUDU Link. API dispatch connects jobs to another workflow; elevator and door interfaces are optional.

What does the 12 h runtime apply to?

It is the unloaded runtime. Load, route and stop frequency determine the battery plan for a working shift.
