What it does for your operation

In your operation

Combine room deliveries without mixing access

Up to four compartments can serve different destinations in one dispatch. Independent access helps keep each guest's delivery separate while reducing repeated staff trips.

Task performance

Configure the compartments around real orders

The rated total load is 20 kg. Confirm the per-level load limits and compartment dimensions for the supplied configuration, then check your meal containers, amenities and parcels against them.

Safety & sensing

Keep each order enclosed until collection

Automatic compartment doors keep orders inside during transport. Separate compartments let the hotel assign each delivery its own collection point.

Site fit

Make elevator access part of the installation

W3 documents IoT elevator operation and a 70 cm minimum passage. Compatibility with the installed controller, access rules and cabin layout must be established for the route.

Daily operation

Plan charging around hotel demand

Published battery life is up to 12 hours of intermittent delivery, with approximately 6.5 hours charging from 15% to 100%. The number of floors, trips and waiting periods changes practical utilisation.

Configuration & equipment.

Equipment & options

Compartment layout; charging equipment; building elevator interface; optional KEENON phone module for an internal hotel-phone connection.

Indoor

Access & operating limits

Route access
700 mm minimum passage; doorways and turns need clear space.
Building access
Elevator and access-control interfaces must match the property.
Daily operation
Staff load the robot and keep its charging and dispatch points accessible.

W3 is a secure, staff-loaded room-delivery robot with up to four compartments and 20 kg total capacity. The cabinet layout is a configuration choice; automatic charging, elevator access and hotel-phone notification require the corresponding equipment and setup.

Before you decide.

What is the load limit?

The current W3 product page specifies 20 kg for the robot. This is not a 20 kg allowance for each compartment, and the older two-section manual is not a dimensional drawing of the current four-compartment cabinet.

How is the guest told that an order has arrived?

KEENON’s W3 manual documents voice prompts, mobile calls or SMS, and calls through the hotel phone system. The internal hotel-phone method needs KEENON’s phone module and phone-system connection.

How does the hand-off work?

Staff load the assigned compartment and start the delivery. The guest retrieves the item through the robot’s on-screen delivery flow. The current product page describes independent compartment control; this page does not promise a specific PIN, QR or identity-verification method.

Is charging and elevator access plug-and-play?

No. Automatic charging uses charging equipment, and multi-floor routes require a commissioned elevator connection. These are separate setup items, not established by the robot’s load specification.
