Delivery robots · Saudi Arabia & MENA

Indoor delivery robots for hotels and workplaces.

Indoor delivery automation connects a loading point to a recipient. Plan the compartments, building route and handover together, including the trips that still require a person.

Selection logic

Four checks before the shortlist.

  1. The item

Confirm compartment dimensions, payload and any access or temperature requirements.

  2. Doors and lifts

List every controlled door, elevator and access point on the route.

  3. Recipient experience

Define notification, unlocking, collection time and failed-delivery handling.

  4. Busy periods

Estimate simultaneous jobs and turnaround, including return and charging time.

Room service, amenities and internal deliveries

ApproachThe jobWhat to establish
Room amenities and parcels ↗A closed compartment with a defined collection process.Item size, access control and guest notification.
Open-tray delivery ↗Staff-assisted transfers where open access is appropriate.Spillage, hygiene, loading and unloading responsibilities.
Multi-floor delivery ↗Trips through approved doors and elevators.Controller interfaces, building permission and failed-delivery recovery.

A typical trip is requested, loaded, dispatched, received and returned. Assign an owner to each step. During a pilot, measure completed deliveries, journey time and staff interventions at busy periods. Public-road and pavement delivery are outside this indoor selection.

What belongs in a hotel delivery robot installation?

Scope the route survey, building interfaces, task setup, recipient handover, staff training and acceptance trial. Supported integrations depend on the model and controller. The proposal should identify which work and equipment are included and what the building team must provide.

How we plan a robotics project ↗

Four ways to deploy

Choose the model. Then the terms.

All four options can be requested. Configuration, availability, minimum term and service scope are confirmed in your quote.

01

PurchaseEquipment ownership

Own the equipment. The quote defines configuration, deployment and the service package.

02

Short-term rentPriced per day

Use a robot for an agreed period. Confirm dates, availability, minimum term and setup costs before booking.

03

Long-term rentPriced per month

Plan for ongoing operation. Equipment, contract term, maintenance and responsibilities belong in the proposal.

04

RaaSManaged monthly model

Combine the robot with deployment and an agreed operating and service scope. Define monitoring, maintenance and performance measures for your site.

Before you choose

Questions worth asking.

Can a delivery robot use our elevators?

Only with a supported, configured interface and building approval. The elevator brand, controller and operating rules need checking for the chosen robot.

Does it load and unload itself?

Many indoor delivery workflows use staff loading and recipient unloading. A manipulator-equipped model is a different configuration; its demonstrated tasks must match the actual handoff.

Are these outdoor last-mile delivery robots?

This selection is for indoor building delivery. It should not be treated as approval for public-road or pavement operation.
