Combine room deliveries without mixing access
Up to four compartments can serve different destinations in one dispatch. Independent access helps keep each guest's delivery separate while reducing repeated staff trips.

Compartment layout; charging equipment; building elevator interface; optional KEENON phone module for an internal hotel-phone connection.
W3 is a secure, staff-loaded room-delivery robot with up to four compartments and 20 kg total capacity. The cabinet layout is a configuration choice; automatic charging, elevator access and hotel-phone notification require the corresponding equipment and setup.
Manufacturer-documented connections and compatible equipment. Building interfaces are checked against your installation.
Building-specific multi-floor connection.
The W3 operating manual documents voice prompts, mobile calls or SMS, and an internal hotel-phone method that requires KEENON’s phone module.
The current W3 product page specifies 20 kg for the robot. This is not a 20 kg allowance for each compartment, and the older two-section manual is not a dimensional drawing of the current four-compartment cabinet.
KEENON’s W3 manual documents voice prompts, mobile calls or SMS, and calls through the hotel phone system. The internal hotel-phone method needs KEENON’s phone module and phone-system connection.
Staff load the assigned compartment and start the delivery. The guest retrieves the item through the robot’s on-screen delivery flow. The current product page describes independent compartment control; this page does not promise a specific PIN, QR or identity-verification method.
No. Automatic charging uses charging equipment, and multi-floor routes require a commissioned elevator connection. These are separate setup items, not established by the robot’s load specification.
