What it does for your operation

Restaurant serving and display context: T10 with trays and customer-facing screen in a dining room.
In your operation

Put the display to work while deliveries run

A 23.8-inch screen shows venue content while T10 transports orders. The display makes the delivery route another place to present service information or promotions.

Task performance

Make pickup easier to understand

Visual tray detection, lighting, voice prompts and on-screen guidance show where to collect an order. Open trays let staff or guests unload it directly.

Site fit

Assess narrow routes with the actual dining layout

The published minimum passage is 59 cm. Turning, chair movement and the guest pickup zone must be checked as well as the straight aisle.

Safety & sensing

Use multiple views around the robot

Four stereo-vision sensors, VSLAM and an RGB camera provide multiple views for mapping and obstacle detection around the delivery route.

Connected systems

Coordinate more than one delivery robot

Multi-robot dispatching coordinates delivery routes, including supported mixed-model fleets. Operators can track robots and manage tasks through the app.

Will it work at your site?

Access & operating limits

Dining layout
Allow 590 mm minimum passage and check turns with chairs occupied.
Pickup
Set accessible loading/unloading positions that do not block service traffic.
Floor
Check transitions and slopes within the published 5° limit.
Charging
Reserve a dry charging position and allow the approximately 5.5 h charging window.
Content
Prepare screen content and prompts for the service workflow.

Four levels carry up to 10 kg each, 40 kg combined. The V2.0 loading-space dimensions cover the first three levels; they are not a fourth-level or all-layout clearance guarantee. Staff place and collect the load.

Before you decide.

How much aisle space does T10 need?

The published minimum passage is 590 mm. Turns, occupied chairs and pickup stops need additional room.

Is 40 kg the capacity of each tray?

No. It is the combined capacity of four levels, each limited to 10 kg.

What load sizes fit?

KEENON’s T10 V2.0 sheet gives first-level space of 485 × 410 × 240 mm, second-level space of 485 × 410 × 215 mm and third-level space of 485 × 410 × 205 mm, in width × depth × height. Do not apply those clearances to a different arrangement or the fourth lower tray.

How long does a charge take?

The current page’s approximately 5.5 h figure describes charging from 15 to 100% while powered on. Rated operating time is 9–12.5 h, depending on use.
