What it does for your operation

Obstacle perception/navigation: T11 in a café with a spatial grid and a ball obstacle ahead.
In your operation

Delivery in a compact footprint

T11 carries meals between the service counter and tables in tighter dining layouts. Its 20 kg total load capacity suits smaller delivery batches.

Site fit

Navigate passages from 49 cm

Five stereo-vision sensors and visual SLAM support navigation and obstacle detection. Check the 49 cm clearance along the working route, including chair positions and turns.

Safety & sensing

Reduce movement at the tray

The six-wheel shock-absorbing chassis and motion control help steady the load during starts, stops and floor transitions.

Task performance

Help guests collect their order

Tray detection supports self-pickup, while the display provides a place for instructions and promotions. Agree how staff handle a partially collected order.

Daily operation

Plan deliveries around the service period

Published battery life is up to 13.5 hours. Load, speed and the number of trips determine the charging schedule.

Before you decide.

How much can T11 carry?

The combined limit is 20 kg. Each middle level is limited to 5 kg and the bottom to 10 kg.

What size load fits each level?

KEENON lists 383 × 342 × 220 mm for middle levels and 383 × 342 × 285 mm for the bottom, in length × width × height. Keep dishes and containers within those spaces.

Will it fit every 49 cm aisle?

49 cm is the stated minimum passage. Turns, moving chairs and pickup stops need additional room.
