PUDU T300 Standard / Lifting

Move loads up to 300 kg between storage, production and inspection points. T300 Standard carries the load on its platform; T300 Lifting raises compatible racks for transport. The configuration follows your existing material flow.

What it does for your operation

Material movement between factory processes.
In your operation

Automate a recurring material loop

T300 carries parts, supplies or work-in-progress between mapped destinations. A 300 kg capacity supports heavier loads than a hospitality delivery robot, while staff define the pickup and drop-off workflow.

Configuration

Choose Standard or Lifting for the hand-off

The Standard carries material on its configured top structure. The Lifting version adds a 60 mm lift for compatible racks. Load fixtures and rack interfaces must match the exact version.

Narrow-aisle movement of the Standard configuration.
Site fit

Validate the loaded route, not just the chassis

The Standard's published minimum passage is 60 cm. For Lifting, required clearance depends on the carried rack. Thresholds, gaps, turns and elevator access must be tested with the real load.

Safety & sensing

Work within a defined industrial traffic plan

LiDAR, depth cameras, collision sensors and emergency stops support obstacle handling. PUDU cites ISO 3691-4 compliance; site risk assessment and verification of the supplied configuration remain part of commissioning.

Daily operation

Use charging and battery swaps to cover shifts

Published runtime is 8 h at full load and 12 h without load. Charging from zero to 90% takes about 2 h. Automatic charging and replaceable batteries offer different ways to organise shift coverage.

Connected systems

Connect tasks to the production workflow

PUDU Link, pagers and software interfaces support task dispatch. Elevator and gate interfaces are documented options; these require equipment compatibility and an agreed integration scope.

Access & operating limits

Rack interface, Lifting WTIDL1
PUDU's reference rack is 900 × 660 × 308 mm overall, with an 820 × 610 mm load surface and 275 mm underside clearance. Its custom-rack guidance allows length 800–1,200 mm, width 400–1,000 mm and underside clearance 270–280 mm; entry clearance must be at least 600 mm. Load stability and the configured rack profile determine loaded passage and turning space.
Travel and hand-off
Assess the complete rack and load through turns, doors and pickup points; the Standard robot's 600 mm passage is not a loaded-rack guarantee.
Charging
Reserve docking space or a controlled battery-swap area.

Standard WTID01 and Lifting WTIDL1 are separate configurations. No fixed package is selected on this page. Project pricing follows the chosen load carrier, lifting arrangement and site interfaces.

Before you decide.

Should we choose Standard or Lifting?

Standard carries loads on its deck or fitted top structure. Lifting adds a 60 mm lift stroke for compatible racks; rack geometry and the hand-off process determine the choice.

How long does it run at full load?

The stated runtime is 8 h fully loaded and 12 h unloaded. Charging from 0% to 90% takes about 2 h.

Can staff move it manually?

Power-assisted manual mode supports pushing the robot when needed. Follow mode supports coordinated queuing and following among multiple robots.

What determines the required aisle width?

The Standard model has a stated 60 cm minimum passage. A carried rack or overhanging load can require more width, particularly at turns and pickup points.
