In your operation

Keep staff with guests while routine items travel

FlashBot Max transports amenities and small orders on configured hotel routes. Staff load the robot and prepare the hand-off, while the robot handles the repeated corridor and elevator journey.

Task performance

Use compartments that match the order

The cabinet offers two to four adjustable compartments, with a 10 kg limit per layer and 20 kg total. PIN, phone-number or NFC access controls collection. Check the compartment dimensions against your meal containers and amenity packs.

Site fit

Connect indoor routes through sheltered corridors

Semi-outdoor capability extends deliveries through sheltered connections between buildings. Weather exposure, floor traction and network coverage determine which sections can join the hotel route.

Safety & sensing

Detect obstacles above floor level

3D sensing helps the robot detect obstacles along its path, including objects that protrude above the floor. Its published minimum passage is 60 cm, with additional clearance needed for turns and safe guest traffic.

Connected systems

Use compatible KONE and Otis elevator connections

PUDU supports cloud connections with KONE and Otis. Setup depends on the installed elevator controller and building account, allowing compatible lifts to become part of a room-delivery route.

Daily operation

Monitor deliveries and return to charge

PUDU Link shows robot location and status, while fleet scheduling coordinates multiple robots. Automatic charging requires the optional station. Staff clean compartments, load orders and resolve failed hand-offs.

Access & operating limits

Route
Assess elevator access, doors, thresholds, floor traction and sheltered outdoor sections.
Loading
Staff load compartments; the selected PIN, phone-number or NFC flow controls collection.
Charging
Automatic charging requires the optional station and an accessible bay outside busy circulation routes.

Two to four compartments; 10 kg per layer and 20 kg total. Automatic charging uses the optional station. Elevator and access interfaces are building-specific equipment and commissioning, not a plug-and-play connection.

Before you decide.

Who can open a delivery compartment?

PUDU lists PIN, phone-number and NFC collection methods. The selected method controls recipient access; staff load each order.

Can it use elevators?

PUDU documents KONE and Otis cloud interfaces plus elevator-control equipment. The building connection is part of commissioning.

Is this an outdoor delivery robot?

FlashBot Max is intended for indoor routes and sheltered semi-outdoor connections. This page does not rate it for exposed roads or extreme ambient heat.
