MT1 Max overview

In your operation

Target debris across a large facility

Trash recognition and spot-cleaning routes let MT1 Max focus on scattered litter between full sweeps. It suits dry floor maintenance; sticky residue and wet-floor washing remain different cleaning tasks.

Task performance

Adjust the sweep to the debris

Adaptive brush control changes sweeping behaviour for light and heavier debris. A 70 cm cleaning width and 35 L bin support longer dry-sweeping routes before servicing.

Safety & sensing

Maintain perception in difficult interiors

The Max combines 3D LiDAR and other sensors for navigation in high-ceiling spaces and changing light. Its obstacle-avoidance strategies include yielding around vehicles and reacting to pedestrians; route risk assessment remains necessary.

Safety & sensing

Make the robot visible to nearby traffic

A raised warning light, audible alerts and projected signals communicate the robot’s presence around people and vehicles. Their placement helps staff notice it across a shared working floor.

Daily operation

Reduce dust and filter attention

Negative-pressure dust collection and automatic filter cleaning support dry-floor work. Teams still empty waste and inspect brushes and filters. Automatic waste emptying is available with the specified optional station and container.

Configuration

Cover the floor or target scattered litter

Maximum full-coverage output is 2,200 m²/h. Spot-cleaning patrols have a separate maximum of 7,000 m²/h, while stated runtime ranges from 5 to 10 h.

Access & operating limits

Environment
Operating temperature −10 to 45 °C; charging temperature 0 to 40 °C; humidity no more than 90%. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, snow and extreme weather.
Route
Flat hard floors, more than 750 mm passage and preferably more than 850 mm along long corridors. Check turns, vehicle crossings and overhead objects with the warning light raised; 675 mm is body height, not total operating headroom.
Servicing
Keep charging and optional waste-emptying access clear.

Dry sweeping on flat, hard indoor and sheltered semi-outdoor routes. Operate at −10 to 45 °C; charge at 0 to 40 °C. Direct sun, rain, snow and extreme weather are outside the operating guidance. Automatic waste emptying requires the optional station.

Before you decide.

How is MT1 Max different from MT1?

Max adds 3D LiDAR and has a higher published full-coverage rate: up to 2,200 versus 1,800 m²/h. Choose using route complexity and site tests, not the spot-cleaning figure alone.

Can it work outdoors?

PUDU presents semi-outdoor applications. Exposure, temperature, traction and traffic must be checked for your site; this is not a blanket all-weather claim.

Does it remove wet stains?

No wet-scrubbing system is specified. It is a dry-sweeping machine, so sticky marks and spills need a suitable scrubber or manual process.

Is 7,000 m²/h the normal cleaning rate?

No. That is the spot-cleaning figure. PUDU lists up to 2,200 m²/h for covered cleaning; real output also depends on the route and debris.
