Reduce the walking between kitchen and tables

BellaBot carries food and used dishes between assigned points. The team still loads trays, presents food and looks after guests; the robot takes on the repeated carrying trip.

Separate orders across four trays

Four 410 × 510 mm trays carry up to 10 kg each. The PUDU Academy arrangement has clear heights of 230, 200, 200 and 180 mm from top to bottom. Tray lights and infrared sensing help identify the order to collect.

See both low and overhanging obstacles

LiDAR and RGBD cameras support 3D obstacle detection around the robot. This helps on a dining floor with people, table edges and furniture that may not be visible to a floor-level sensor alone.

Task performance

Protect the load from rough movement

Independent suspension adjusts to travel conditions to support steadier transport. Route speed and loading still need a practical test with full glasses and the venue's actual plates.

Daily operation

Separate battery replacement from the charging package

The 25.6 Ah battery is replaceable. A second pack and suitable charging provision are additional requirements for battery-swap operation, not an automatic inclusion. The 13-hour brochure runtime is measured without load.

Before you decide.

Does BellaBot replace waiters?

It transports trays. Staff still take orders, load meals and handle table service; labour savings depend on your route and service process.

Should we choose BellaBot or BellaBot Pro?

Compare the need for the Pro advertising display and its narrower 65 cm stated passage with the original BellaBot's 70 cm passage. Both list 40 kg capacity.

Does every tray carry 40 kg?

No. The total is 40 kg, with a 10 kg limit per tray. Loads also need to be stable and fit the tray.

Can it navigate a crowded dining room?

It has obstacle sensing, but congestion can slow or block a route. A test during a representative service period is more useful than an empty-room demonstration.

Does replaceable battery mean a spare is included?

No. It describes how the robot’s battery can be changed. Running one pack while another charges requires an additional compatible pack and suitable charging provision; neither is included by implication.
