PUDU KettyBot Pro

KettyBot Pro combines tray delivery, guided reception and in-venue advertising. Its compact layout is useful where an open delivery robot must share narrow aisles with guests. The tray setup, screen content and routes are configured for the venue.

In your operation

Combine delivery, guidance and promotions

KettyBot Pro carries small orders, guides guests and shows promotional content. The tray arrangement and reception setup are selected for the venue’s main service task.

Compact navigation between restaurant seating and a wall.
Site fit

Navigate tighter indoor passages

The stated minimum passage is 52 cm under specified conditions. Route setup includes turns, occupied chairs and moving guests, which can require additional clearance.

Conditional minimum passage
52 cm
Tray-facing camera coverage used to detect item collection.
Task performance

Detect when items have been taken

Tray sensing helps the robot follow the load status during multi-table delivery. The tray layout and the restaurant's hand-off routine need testing with real dishes and containers.

Safety & sensing

Navigate through a changing dining floor

Laser and visual navigation support obstacle detection and rerouting. PUDU Scheduler coordinates robots on the same network; staff still manage blocked routes and guest interaction.

Configuration

Choose trays, reception body and charging equipment

The rear cover converts the layout for greeting and escorting, while the central screen shows promotional material. The rear cover and automatic charging dock are separate purchases, not assumed standard equipment.

Will it work at your site?

Indoor

Access & operating limits

Route
520 mm stated minimum under ideal conditions; allow turning and passing space.
Loading
Containers must remain within the 352 × 340 mm tray surface and 10 kg per-layer limit; the installed level spacing governs load height.
Service
Staff load items, set guidance destinations and manage incomplete collections.
Content
Screen expressions and voice content can be customised through PUDU Open Platform. Voice playback is distinct from speech recognition.

The 2025 PUDU brochure is the reference for the stated 11 h unloaded runtime and approximately 4 h charging. The rear cover and automatic charging dock are separate purchases. Custom screen expressions and voice content are content setup, not a promise of Arabic speech recognition.

Before you decide.

Is KettyBot Pro a delivery robot or an advertising display?

It supports both, plus guided reception. Choose the tray arrangement and content around the main job rather than expecting every mode to run at once.

Does it really fit a 52 cm aisle?

The manufacturer states 52 cm only under certain conditions. Turning, passing people and real furniture layouts need more detailed checks.

How does it differ from the original KettyBot?

Pro adds revised perception and a stated 52 cm minimum passage. Route planning should use the Pro specification and an occupied-venue test.

Can it work without staff?

It can travel assigned routes, but staff still manage loading, charging-area access, content and exceptions.

What language functions can be customised?

PUDU documents custom screen expressions and voice content through its Open Platform. Playing prepared content is not the same as understanding spoken questions; this listing does not promise Arabic speech recognition.

How large is each tray?

The published tray surface is 352 × 340 mm, with a 10 kg limit per layer and 30 kg total. Load height depends on the installed tray arrangement.
