In your operation

Combine sweeping and scrubbing in one pass

BG1 Pro collects debris and scrubs suitable hard floors in one workflow. This reduces the need to schedule separate sweeping and washing passes over the same open area.

Task performance

Reach closer to walls and shelving

The extendable scrubbing brush works along edges, helping reduce the strip left for manual follow-up. Route planning still needs to account for corners, fixtures and places the chassis cannot reach.

Scrubbing width
550 mm
Task performance

Respond differently to spills and stubborn marks

The adaptive mechanism retracts sweeping components around wet spills and increases brush pressure for stubborn stains. Automatic detergent dosing adjusts delivery to the cleaning task rather than relying on one fixed setting throughout.

Safety & sensing

Detect obstacles with 3D LiDAR and vision

3D LiDAR and visual positioning map the route and detect obstacles in the working area. Sound and light cues communicate the robot’s presence to nearby people.

Daily operation

Make water and consumables easier to manage

An optional station automates refill, drainage and charging. Accessible, snap-on consumables and automatic disc-brush attachment simplify servicing, while staff remain responsible for inspection, waste and periodic maintenance.

Site fit

Check access before sizing the cleaning plan

The published minimum passage is 85 cm. Maximum full-coverage output is 2,000 m²/h; the 6,000 m²/h figure is for spot cleaning. Space for turning, docking and safe mixed traffic must be checked separately.

Full coverage, max.

Access & operating limits

Floor care
Water-resistant hard floors with suitable pads and detergent.
Access
At least 85 cm passage, with turning and docking space for the 344 kg robot.
Water station
Provide power, water and drainage for automatic servicing.
Daily care
Inspect brushes, squeegee, debris bin and recovery tank.

This is the Pro sensor configuration. Confirm the water station, floor loading, turning space and utility connections; daily brush and waste checks remain necessary.

Before you decide.

What does Pro add over BG1?

BG1 Pro uses 3D LiDAR with 3D visual positioning and has a maximum speed of 1.2 m/s. The standard BG1 uses LiDAR with 3D visual positioning and reaches 1.0 m/s; their tank sizes are shared.

How much floor can it clean?

Maximum full-coverage output is 2,000 m²/h. The 6,000 m²/h figure describes selective spot cleaning; turns, traffic and service stops affect shift coverage.

What does the servicing station require?

A suitable location with power, water supply and drainage. Station equipment and connection work are listed in the proposal.

Which tasks remain manual?

The team checks brushes and squeegee, empties debris and performs periodic cleaning. The optional station handles water refill, drainage and charging.
